How to use Slumbr Nose Tape
A soft strip that sits across the bridge of your nose for the night.
Slumbr Nose Tape is a general wellness product. It isn't a medical device and isn't intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition.
Applying it
- Wash and dry the bridge of your nose. Skip oils, moisturizers and makeup there.
- Peel one strip from the printed liner.
- Center the strip across the bridge of your nose, about halfway between the tip and the bridge, just above where your nostrils flare.
- Press the ends down gently and smooth the strip into place.
- Close the liner so the rest of the strips stay clean.
Removing it
In the morning, start at one end and peel slowly toward the middle while supporting the skin. If it sticks, wet it with warm water first. Don't pull it off fast.
Skin care
- Only apply to clean, dry, unbroken skin.
- Don't use it on sunburned, irritated or broken skin, or over acne or moles.
- If you see redness or irritation, give your skin a break. If it doesn't clear up, stop using the strips and talk to a healthcare provider.
Who shouldn't use it
- Children under 18. Keep the strips out of reach of children.
- Anyone with a known sensitivity to adhesives.
- If you have a breathing, heart or sleep disorder, including sleep apnea, or any medical condition, talk to your doctor before using it. A nasal strip doesn't replace any therapy you've been prescribed.
Stop using it if
you notice skin irritation, discomfort, or any trouble breathing.
Storage
Keep it somewhere cool and dry, away from heat and direct sun. Close the liner between uses.
